Winter Blues

This winter as been one of the coldest and snowiest in a long time here in NYC.  I love snow.  I really do, 
 but so many snowy, foggy, smoggy days is starting to take a toll on me and making me sick (literally!).
At least the Groundhog did NOT see his shadow so only a few more weeks until spring right? 

Let's get the ball rolling!

2013 is a year of big change for me. I had to unlearn a lot of what I had been taught to learn how to live again. Through this blog, I will reflect on the lessons learned, lived and forgotten.

The Beginning
